These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website myairportparking.ca and related services (collectively, the "Platform") operated by MyAirportParking Inc. ("MyAirportParking", "we", "our", or "us"), a company incorporated in Canada.
By creating an account, making a booking, or accessing the Platform, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
MyAirportParking is an aggregation and booking platform that connects travellers ("Customers") with third-party airport parking lot operators ("Partners"). We facilitate the booking and payment process but do not own or operate any parking facilities.
MyAirportParking is not a party to the parking contract between Customer and Partner; we act as the booking agent on behalf of the Partner.
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@myairportparking.ca if you suspect unauthorized access.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or misuse the Platform.
When you complete a booking:
All payment processing is handled by Stripe, Inc. By making a payment, you agree to Stripe's Terms of Service.
Cancellation terms are as follows:
To cancel, use the "Manage Booking" page at /my-booking or email support@myairportparking.ca with your booking reference. Refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
MyAirportParking is not responsible for cancellation of your trip due to circumstances beyond our control (weather, airline cancellations, etc.).
Parking lot Partners agree to:
Partners who repeatedly fail to honour bookings or misrepresent their lots will have their accounts suspended. Full Partner Terms are provided in the partner onboarding documents.
MyAirportParking may offer loyalty points at a rate of 1 point per $1 CAD spent. Points have no cash value and cannot be transferred or sold. We reserve the right to modify or terminate the loyalty program at any time with 30 days' notice.
You may not:
The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. We are not responsible for the condition, safety, or suitability of any parking lot listed on the Platform.
To the maximum extent permitted by Canadian law, MyAirportParking's total liability to you for any claim arising out of your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount of the deposit paid for the booking giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Quebec, Canada.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will provide at least 14 days' notice of material changes via email or a prominent website notice. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
