We collect information you provide directly to us and information generated automatically when you use our services.

Information you provide:

• Name, email address, and phone number when making a booking or registering as a partner
• Vehicle information (license plate, make/model, vehicle type)
• Payment information — processed by Stripe; we do not store full card numbers
• Booking reference and travel dates
• Reviews, ratings, and support communications

Information collected automatically:

• IP address and browser user-agent
• Pages visited, search queries, and clickstream data
• Device type and operating system
• Referring URL and session duration
• Cookies and similar tracking technologies (see Section 7)

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Process and confirm parking reservations
• Send booking confirmation and transactional emails (EN or FR, per your preference)
• Handle cancellations, refunds, and booking modifications
• Award and track loyalty points
• Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and double-bookings
• Operate the partner dashboard and process partner payouts
• Improve our platform through analytics
• Comply with legal obligations

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

4. Sharing Your Information

We share your information only in the following circumstances:

• With parking lot partners: your name, vehicle info, and booking dates are shared with the lot operator to facilitate your reservation.
• With Stripe: payment data is processed by Stripe, Inc. under their privacy policy.
• With Resend: your email address is passed to Resend to deliver transactional emails.
• If required by law: we may disclose information in response to a court order, subpoena, or other legal process.

5. Data Retention

We retain booking records for 7 years to comply with Canadian tax and accounting laws. Account data is retained until you request deletion. You may request deletion of your personal data by emailing privacy@myairportparking.ca; we will respond within 30 days.

6. Your Rights (PIPEDA / Law 25)

Under Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and Quebec's Law 25, you have the right to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you
• Correct inaccurate information
• Request deletion of your information (subject to legal retention requirements)
• Withdraw consent for non-essential data uses
• File a complaint with the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada
